SOCES Generator Maintenance

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
 

1. The solicitation number is W50S92-22-Q-9003. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).

2. This requirement is solicited 100% Total Small-Business set-aside.

3. Below are the contract line item numbers (CLINs).

1. CLIN 0001 – 12 Months, Generator Maintenance in accordance with the PWS
2. CLIN 1001 – 12 Months, Generator Maintenance in accordance with the PWS
3. CLIN 2001 – 12 Months, Generator Maintenance in accordance with the PWS
4. CLIN 3001 – 12 Months, Generator Maintenance in accordance with the PWS
5. CLIN 4001 – 12 Months, Generator Maintenance in accordance with the PWS
6. CLIN 0002 – 6 Months, Continued performance to be used on an as needed basis in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.

4. Description of requirement for the services to be acquired.

1. Period of Performance:
   1. CLIN 0001 – 15 March 2022 to 14 March 2023;
   2. CLIN 1001 – 15 March 2023 to 14 March 2024;
   3. CLIN 2001 – 15 March 2024 to 14 March 2025;
   4. CLIN 3001 – 15 March 2025 to 14 March 2026;
   5. CLIN 4001 – 15 March 2026 to 14 March 2027;
   6. CLIN 0002 – To be determined, as needed;
       
2. Performance Location: 193rd Special Operations Civil Engineering Squadron, Middletown PA 17057
    
3. Inspection and acceptance: FOB destination
    
4. Wage Determination: 2015-4225 (December 27th, 2021)
