The main entrance, ambulance entrance and laundry building will need to be cleared first in order to maintain critical operations. 10.1.1.4 Brookview – approximately 24,900 square feet. 10.1.1.5 Laundry Building – approximately 24,750 square feet. 10.1.1.6 Comfort Cottages – approximately 9,000 square feet. 10.1.1.7 Juvenile Services – approximately 53,550 square feet. 10.1.2 Cedarbrook-Fountain Hill, 724 Delaware Avenue, Bethlehem, PA 18015: 10.1.2.1 The vendor will be responsible to ensure that all fire hydrants and storm drains will be cleared and free from snow and ice at the end of each snow occurrence. 10.1.2.2 Front parking lot – approximately 26,352 square feet. 10.1.2.3 Rear parking lot – approximately 20,560 square feet. 10.1.2.4 Turning Point lot – approximately 20,000 square feet at the corner of Seneca and Mohican Streets.
