Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Northumberland County Conservation District and Northumberland County Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area Authority (AOAA) hereby known as OWNER(S) will receive sealed bids online via the PennBid Program from Contractors for two separate construction projects. Contract No. 1- Headwaters, Upper Bluegill Pond and Lower Bluegill Pond Acid Mine Drainage (AMD) Remediation Project and Contract No. 2- Site 42 AMD Remediation Project until 12 P.M., prevailing time on the 13th day of May 2016, at such time bidding will be closed. This project will include the construction of improvements to existing AMD treatment sites at two facilities. Work will include excavation, alkaline stone placement, piping, erosion and sediment controls and water treatment equipment
