Specifications include, but are not limited to: In general, the work on this project consists of the addition of a new video surveillance system at the Ruth Bennett Homes housing development located in Chester, Pennsylvania. The work is being performed for the Chester Housing Authority. The Authority will purchase the majority of the equipment and materials for the project outside of the contract. The list of equipment to be purchased by the Authority can be found within these specifications in the document titled “Equipment List”. The work covered by these specifications shall include all labor, equipment, materials and services to install the new digital, IP network-based video security system purchased by the Authority. The video and support systems include IP network fixed, multi-lens, and wide-angle cameras, wireless mesh transceivers, a network video recorder, UPS, video monitoring equipment for the Local Area Network (LAN).
