Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 Purpose The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from firms able to provide residential and event security services for the Department of Public Safety & Police Services located on the campus of Cheyney University. 1.2 Scope of RFP This document contains instructions governing the response to be submitted and the material to be included in the Vendors response a description of the service to be provided selection criteria and other functional, technical and contractual requirements that must be met by the Vendor to be eligible for consideration. The System encourages responses from small firms, minority firms, women owned firms, and firms which have not previously worked for the System, and will consider joint ventures which will enable these firms to participate in System service contracts.
