The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 2.0 Repair and restoration or removal and proper disposal of all existing roofing materials down to the structural deck. 3.0 Inspection of the roof deck for any damage or deterioration, with replacement of any compromised decking as required. 4.0 Installation of a new [e.g., 60-mil TPO, EPDM, or standing seam metal] roofing system according to the manufacturer's specifications and all applicable building codes. 5.0 Inspection of existing insulation to meet minimum R-value of R-30ci 6.0 Installation of new insulation (if necessary) to meet minimum R-value of R-30ci. 7.0 Repair or installation of all necessary flashing, copings, edge metal, and accessories. 8.0 Repair or installation of a new gutter and downspout system. 9.0 Site clean-up and proper disposal of all construction debris. 10.0 Provide all required permits and inspections.
