Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish all labor and parts required for repair of various brands of Fluid Dispensing systems to include but not be limited to: Balcrank, Graco, Lincoln, and Allemite centralized Lubricating Systems and ESOC Fluid Exchange systems. 2.2.1 Performance Period: Performance period is Monday through Friday between 7:30AM and 5:00PM. Emergency Service: Monday through Friday: 5:00PM to 7:30AM Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas: 12:00AM-11:59 PM. 2.2.2 Response Time (for on-site work) Seller’s personnel must arrive at City’s site, with all necessary tools, materials and equipment required to commence work within 48 (forty-eight) hours for regular service and 24 (twentyfour) hours for emergency from the time the City contacts Seller’s representative until the Seller arrives at City’s site.
