(PATNC) is the sole source provider of the PAT Penelope Data System for the Parents as Teachers Programs used by affiliate programs. PATNC does not sell this product outside of our PAT affiliate network. This data system is a benefit of affiliation and is included in the annual affiliate fee that is paid to PATNC by the affiliate organizations. Parents as Teachers National Center will refresh and deliver a complete set of migration queries, developed for the Penelope-Visit Tracker migration, for the City of Philadelphia affiliate (ID: 15764) for the purpose of migrating Penelope data to a new data system built by the affiliate.
