The Work comprises installation of a new HVAC system in the existing building as well as electrical upgrades throughout the building and all work as outlined on the Bid Form. Twelve individual wall units are to be installed into all major rooms with their own wireless controlled thermostats. The existing heat system is to be left in place to allow for back-up or supplemental heating, as needed. Three main outdoor condenser inverters, one for each floor, will be located along the exterior of the facility and all required piping and electrical connections will travel underground, through the foundation wall, and into the basement where it will be dispersed throughout the building. Where crown molding is required, it will be placed around the entire perimeter of the room involved. Boxed out corners will be used to allow necessary components to run down the walls. Nothing additional is to be installed onto the exterior of the building. Additionally, miscellaneous electrical work and upgrades are to be completed throughout the building and are outlined in technical specification (Part III) section 04060 of these Contract Documents.
