REQUIREMENTS: DOA -- TO ONE FULL YEAR: Mail Real Estate Tax Notices by Certified Mail. Part 1. Price should include imaging names and addresses from file submitted by the City. Notices will be folded, sealed and mailed with postal discounts. Certified Mail Report must be furnished. Notices must be mailed before November 30, 2025. Must meet all current Postal requirements for Certified Mail (approximately 20,000) forms to be mailed. Return Receipt requested via CD. Vendor to provide a CD showing each Certified number assigned to each parcel. This will result in a renewable contract, and it must include price increase language for each renewable period.
