3. Procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 are applicable to this RFP. The Government will evaluate quotes based on lowest price, technically acceptable procedures.
4. This procurement is being issued under NAICS Code 325998, with a size standard of 500 employees. The NAICS code identified herein must appear in FAR 52.212-3 "Offeror Representations and Certifications" in SAM and the vendor must be actively registered in that NAICS prior to receipt of quote in order to receive an award. Bidders are reminded that failure to comply shall render their quote as non-responsive.
5. The proposal must be firm-fixed priced and be valid for 60 days. The Option Years 3 and 4 (b) the use in this solicitation or contract of any Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (48 CFR Chapter 2) clause with an authorized deviation is indicated by the addition of "(DEVIATION)" after the name of the regulation
