Crash Beam for NMSB XII-P, Nasatka P/N 9010-1071-0116 with the following salient characteristics: 1. Shall be a vertical drop arm crash beam operable solution. 2. Shall be 16 ft. clear opening length for safe vehicle passage. 3. Shall be portable and surface mounted, not requiring civil works or foundations to be installed. 4. Shall be independently Professional Engineered (PE) Crash Certified to meet Department of State (DOS) K12 (15,000 lbs. at 50 mph) crash impact and penetration ratings. 5. Shall be all electrically operable, with no hydraulics. 6. Manual operation in the event of loss of power is accomplished by using the counterweighs and/or drill at motor to open/close. 7. Shall provide capability for Card Reader (third party access-control) device integration. 8. Shall allow for restriction of traffic flow and deny access to VBEIDs. 9. The system’s operator shall be designed and assembled inside an integrated operator enclosure, which does not require remote installation/infrastructure to be installed. 10. The system overall design and aesthetic appearance shall match the existing system make/model of the same currently operable at ECP Main Entrance Inbound Lane. 11. The system mechanical and structural components shall be compatible with existing system make/model of the same currently operable at ECP Main Entrance Inbound Lane. 12. Shall contain the following accessories: a. Part # 2320-4100-0001, Radar Sensors (QTY 2 per crash beam unit). b. Part# 2275-3001-2403, Integrated Single Directional Red/Amber Traffic Signal Lights (QTY 1 per crash beam unit). c. Part# 2221-0025-0051, 25ft. Tether Controller with Open/Close Push Buttons (QTY 1 per crash beam unit). 13. Customer to select RIGHT or LEFT orientation of integrated operating housing buttress, selection based on when viewing outwards from secure (safe) side at oncoming threat attack.
