Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Oregon, on behalf of the CPE Continuing and Professional Education (University), is issuing this RFQ for the procurement of conference planning and expo decorating services to be rendered in connection with the International Society of Technology in Education (ISTE) Conference and Expo from June 25 – 28, 2023, in Philadelphia, PA; 1.1. Five years servicing national conferences and exhibitions of no less than 5,000 participants and an exposition greater than 75,000 net square feet. 1.2. Must demonstrate a high level of graphic design and production expertise, with a portfolio of graphics on structures, banners, clings, placards. 1.3. Must have experience in procuring competitive prices for products and services provided to exhibitors. 1.4. Assign an Account Executive with five years’ experience servicing national conferences and exhibitions of no less than 5,000 participants and an exposition greater than 75,000 net square feet. 1.5. Must have the ability to service events in all tier one cities in the United States. A) Staffing – GSC will provide an account executive, responsible for oversight of integration of all GSC services and product deliverables. The account executive will determine the GSC team responsible for Show Management areas, freight, exhibitor services, design, graphics and floorplans, exhibit floor management. The account executive will attend all site visits and be available throughout the conference cycle to key Show Management staff. B) Floor plans – Floor plans for all areas of the Pennsylvania Convention Center and meeting areas in associated hotels will be required from the General Service Contractor (GSC).
