The Township is seeking a qualified fiduciary and investment manager who can offer both a 401(a) and 457(b) retirement savings plans with the most diverse and highest performing funds, the lowest management fees, the best customer service, and an exceptional online portal. If the Township were to select a retirement investment vendor other than our current vendor in the course of this process, the vendor selected must be able to transition the assets currently under management to the new investment funds hosted by the successful proposer. Such a transition stage would require extensive discussion with Township staff, including in-person presentations and meetings. Finally, the Township is also seeking a vendor who could ease the Township’s burden in complying with periodic audits by the Commonwealth and/or the Internal Revenue Service.
