Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide Electronic Medical Record System (EMR) for the newintegrated PennWest University to include California, Clarion and Edinboro universities; unify the existing systems including Athletic Training System (ATS), Dropbox,Google Docs, Magnus Health, NueMD, Outlook, and Point and Click as well as papercharting and Titanium for scheduling, documentation and billing. Additionally, it mustinterface with our Banner student information system. The scope of the project will includesystem design, development, testing, training, integration with other systems, go-liveassessment, and problem solving. PennWest University desires a system that interfaceswith other software systems including, but not limited to, billing, laboratory testing, radiologyorders, photo upload, registration, and medication inventory. The integrated system needsto support the management of EMR and associated business processes for the operations ofthe following university departments: athletics, counseling services, office for students withdisabilities, student health services, and case managers.
