Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Lancaster’s requested features for a P-Card Management System are the following: • User friendly with training for users (videos, training sessions, and/or training guides). • Ability to accommodate 40 – 50 users across seven City Departments. • Ability for user account set-up using existing City Account Codes. • Ability to uploadand organize digital copies of receipts using a mobile phone application, forwarding from email and/or other easy-to-use applications. • Track receipts everywhere. • Proven time savings on data entry. • Ability to collect and store data and create reports. • Organize data with line itemization. • View trends and insights. • Integration with Tyler Technology’s Munis ERP, if possible
