Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Northern York County Regional Police Department (“NYCRPD” or “Department”), with this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), seeks proposals from qualified firms to consult and advise the Department and its counsel on the effective use of funds awarded to the Department by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to enhance broadband service coverage in the Department’s jurisdiction. The primary objective of the Department with this RFP is to improve wireless telecommunications coverage in the area of the Department's Substation located in Heidelberg Township but also to other underserved populations in Southwestern York County within the Department’s jurisdiction.
