The City invites qualified vendors to submit Proposals for certain Recyclables acceptance, processing and marketing collection services from the City of Allentown as specifically described herein. The City reserves the right to enter into one or more contracts for the acceptance, processing and marketing of the recyclable material from the City’s curbside collection program, Recycling Drop-Off Center, shredded paper (as described in Section V) from City facilities and from public space recycling containers (collectively called “the City’s Recyclables”). The Proposer may choose to submit Proposals for the acceptance, processing and marketing of all the City’s Recyclables or just certain source separated materials collected at the Recycling Drop-Off Center or City facilities.
