West Chester University desires to enter into a 3-year Read and Publish Agreement with Company of Biologists, a publisher of peer-reviewed journals in biological sciences. Company of Biologists is the only provider of five peer-reviewed titles: • Development • Journal of Cell Science • Journal of Experimental Biology • Disease Models and Mechanisms • Biology Open The Read and Publish agreement provides full-text access to all current and archived content of the journals and permits faculty to publish without charge in these journals. The content is unique to this publisher and for the specific type of research content which supports faculty and student research, student success, and cost-free publication opportunities for WCU faculty. WCU has had four (4) faculty authors take advantage of the Read and Publish agreement for their scholarly activities and the University predicts continued use of this opportunity.
