Provide low threshold sexual health services, including sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening, treatment, management, and holistic care, in an LGBTQ-focused environment. The goal of this RFP is to decrease the disproportionate burden of STIs on LGBTQ populations in the City of Philadelphia through the provision of inclusive, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and stigma-free sexual health services in settings that center LGBTQ health concerns. Three core components are required: 1) sexual health services, 2) low-threshold access; 3) LGBTQ-focused environment. Populations of focus include men who have sex with men (MSM) and transgender individuals. Proposals are sought from not-for-profit entities with a demonstrated organizational commitment to serving LGBTQ persons in the City of Philadelphia.
