Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm must be very familiar with the physical layout of City of Pittsburgh, aswell as, the various City Departments that will be encountered on a daily basis whileperforming this work.URA property maintenance is a 52 week a year effort.Maintenance of the properties includes, but is not limited to, removal and disposal ofdebris, cutting of grass and general overgrowth, snow removal and de-icing of sidewalksand drives, securing of vacant buildings and lots, response to emergency situations,clean-out of non-hazardous materials from lots and buildings, small repairs, opening andclosing of buildings and the response to and satisfaction of complaints and citations, allon an as-needed basis. All properties must be cleaned, cut and maintained every sixweeks. Snow removal and de-icing will occur on an as needed basis. A schedule ofproperty maintenance for the period April 1st through November 30th must be provided bythMarch 15 of each year.
