Specifications include, but are not limited to: Printing Services - Council Communications is currently in the process of writing, editing and laying out of a newsletter for Councilmember Mark Squilla, First District, which will communicate with thousands of households in the 1st Councilmanic District on a wide array of legislative issues and actions. We will be in need of a printer or printing company to do the following in connection with this project: Printing in color on quality-grade paper the Four-Page Newsletter; retrieving the mailing address data on households in the 1st District which will receive the newsletter; affixing postage to the newsletter; and mailing the newsletter to those households. All of the writing and graphics design of the newsletter will be done in-house by the Council President's communications team. The printing company selected for this job will also be required to interact with the Council's President's communications team as the final product is assembled for printing and mailing.
