Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Bureau of Aviation, Flight Services Division requires pilot training, both recurrent and initial when requested, for up to four (4) pilots on a Raytheon King Air 350. Currently the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation employs three (3) full time pilots. Requirements for pilot training: Provide both ground school and simulator training to include recurrent training for present employees, and initial training for new hires, as requested. Ground school training must be offered online as well as in-person. Training will be provided on systems, limitations, and procedures (both normal and emergency), for a Raytheon King Air B-350. Simulator training will be provided in full motion, level D or better, visual simulators for the Raytheon King Air 350. Contractor shall submit detailed documentation with its bid identifying its simulator capabilities and locations. Locations must be available within the contiguous U.S.
