Specifications include, but are not limited to: COMPLETE MODIFICATIONS TO THE ADJACENT PPA AND MSB PARKING LOTS TO ACCOMMODATE PAVEMENT AND GROUNDS EMPLOYEE PARKING DURING THE CONSTRUCTION, UPGRADE EXISTING PERIMETER GATE 11 AND CONSTRUCT THREE NEW BUILDINGS (A, B & C) ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING PHL PAVEMENT AND GROUNDS BUILDING. ; RELOCATION OF THE CURRENT GATE 11 FENCE OPENING, INSTALLATION OF NEW GATE/BARRIER EQUIPMENT, CCTV AND ACCESS CONTROL DEVICES, CONTROLS CABINET, GUARD BOOTH AND SITE WORK NECESSARY TO INSTALL THE NEW GATE. BUILDING “A” WILL BE THE NEW CREW BUILDING; A PRE-ENGINEERED METAL STRUCTURE WITH ROOF AND ARCHITECTURAL EXTERIOR FINISHES INCLUDING BULLET-PROOF WINDOWS. BUILDING “B” WILL BE A THREE-SIDED, PRE-ENGINEERED METAL PANEL BUILDING TO BE USED FOR LARGE LAWN EQUIPMENT STORAGE. BUILDING “C” WILL BE AN EIGHT BAY GARAGE FOR LARGE SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT STORAGE TO BE EQUIPPED WITH GAS-FIRED HEATERS AND AN UNDERCARRIAGE WASH IN ONE OF THE BAYS.
