The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC), Bureau of Management Services (BMS) and The State Museum of Pennsylvania (SMOP), is seeking a lead associate for The State Museum Store and PHMC’s Online Bookstore (www.shoppaheritage.com). The incumbent will serve asthe senior part time sales associate in the Museum Store, train store employees in the job duties required by the Museum Store, be responsible for all store activities in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure that all bookstore orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner, including processing, packaging and shipping. The working hours for the position will range from 15 to 30 hours per week. Due to the current capital project at the State Museum of PA, work location is subject to change and work hours will reduce during the construction phase of the project.
