The purpose of this project is to replace all existing pumps, valves and associated piping, as well as remove and install a stainless steel floor and to strip and paint the interior of the dry well at Pump Station-4S (PS-4S). The existing pumps are obsolete. The upgrades will be done inside the dry well of the pump station which is an underground steel can type structure that is accessed by a single vertical ladder. The dry well is approximately 96” dia. x 96” tall and the ground level to the dry well floor is approximately 20'-0”. WVSA will provide the new pumps ONLY. The Contractor will provide all new fabrications, piping components, valves, gaskets, hardware, pipe supports, paint, paint supplies, tools, equipment and labor etc. to complete the scope of the project per WVSA supplied drawings and specs.
