Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Philadelphia Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy, Public Art Program (“the OACCE”) seeks qualified Applicants (“Applicant(s)”) to provide professional conservation consulting services on an on-call basis on sculptures in the City’s collection of public art. The City’s objectives for this project include the following: ▪ Engage two on-call conservators for the stabilization, repair, conservation and removal of Artwork as needed by the OACCE. ▪ Receive detailed conservation reports, including photo documentation, of each Artwork when treated. 1. Services The OACCE requires at least the services described in this paragraph, including the specific tasks and work activities described here. Each Applicant’s proposed scope of work must state in detail how it will carry out each task, including the personnel and job titles (as identified in Section I, Organizational and Personnel Requirements) of its personnel responsible for completing the task. For each service specified, the Applicant must propose criteria to determine when the tasks comprising the service are satisfactorily completed. Each Applicant may propose additional or revised tasks and activities but must explain why each is necessary to achieve the project objectives. 2. Tangible Work Products The OACCE requires completion and delivery of at least the tangible work products listed below. The proposed scope of work must state in detail how the Applicant will produce each work product, including the personnel and job titles (as identified in Section K, Organizational and Personnel Requirements) of its personnel that will be responsible for delivering the work product. For each work product, the Applicant must propose criteria for satisfactory completion and delivery. Each Applicant may propose additional or revised tangible work products but must explain why each is necessary to achieve the project objectives. ▪ Assessment, evaluation, conservation, removal from public view and various emergency response requests for the City of Philadelphia’s Artworks on an asneeded basis.
