Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Pittsburgh invites vendors to apply for inclusion on a PreQualified (PQ) List for Land Maintenance.; 3TB property maintenance shall be performed during all 52 weeks of the year-long contract. Routine shall mean on a monthly basis, and Routine Maintenance Activities include, but are not limited to: •Removal and disposal of debris both manually and with equipment (examples defined in next section) •Cutting of grass and vegetation •Removal of grass and other vegetation clippings from all sidewalks, driveways, and roads •Snow removal and de-icing of sidewalks and drives (to occur on an as-needed basis per City code and in response to City requests) •Time-bound required services to be performed: •Cut and clean all assigned properties in proximity (500 feet) to all publically funded schools the week before the school year commences (late August) and concludes (early-mid June)
