The City of Philadelphia ("City"), Department of Aviation (“Aviation” or “Airport” or “PHL”), is seeking a qualified Managed Security Operations Center (“MSOC”) vendor to provide 365/24/7 proactive and reactive Security Operations Center (“SOC”) services to support their existing Information Security Team. The MSOC will assist the Information Security Team in reviewing daily alerts, track security incidents, and analyze user reported issues in a detailed and timely manner. In addition, the qualified Applicant will conduct Tier 1 threat hunting, assist during incident response, participate in tabletop exercises, and contribute to incident response planning. Once the investigation is complete and it is discovered to be an incident or concern, the MSCO will escalate to the PHL Information Security Team.
