Specifications include, but are not limited to: The new work associated with this project includes the construction of three new buildings, enhanced employee parking, and an upgrade of Gate 11. Building A will be a new headquarters building for P+G staff, and will include offices, men’s and women’s dormitories, an employee lounge, a kitchen/dining room, equipment locker rooms, lockers and wash rooms, an exercise room, and a utility room. New sheltered storage buildings B & C will be flexible enough to accommodate the storage, maintenance and special requirements of an assortment of equipment/vehicles. Building B will be a naturally ventilated, three-sided shelter for smaller equipment. Building C will be an enclosed 8-bay storage shed with overhead doors for large vehicles including snowplows; and, will be heated sufficiently to melt snow and ice.
