Provide all labor, material, and equipment for the specified overhead door services at Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) facilities. Supply parts to be installed by PTC personnel. A. Supply parts at prices quoted in the Schedule of Prices. Supply additional parts not listed in the Schedule of Prices upon request by the PTC. Supply all parts – both those listed and not listed in the Schedule of Prices – at the maximum markup listed in the Schedule of Prices. The maximum markup shall be the same for all parts. B. Provide the site contact with all corresponding instructions, manuals and warranty documentation. A list of site contacts will be provided following award of the contract. C. The PTC will pay the actual shipping costs for parts. Shipping invoices need to be provided with job invoice.
