The Monroe County Transportation Authority (“MCTA”) is seeking a qualified managed service provider who can meet the organization’s needs for support in the area of Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, software systems and services. This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides interested parties sufficient information to prepare and submit proposals for consideration.
