Specifications include, but are not limited to: PRT has established Oracle/PeopleSoft as the Enterprise Resource Program (ERP). The versions currently used are PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2 and PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) version 9.2. Periodically, PRT has a need for technical and/or end user training to support system upgrades and personnel changes. PRT has been procuring training and training related products listed on the Oracle website through an Oracle University Authorized Education Provider. The Oracle/PeopleSoft literacy level of PRT staff ranges from people with limited exposure, through super users, to highly skilled and experienced technical project leaders. A computer lab at PRT’s Manchester location has twelve (12) student computers and one (1) instructor computer, all of which are equipped with access to Oracle/PeopleSoft. In recent years the majority of the purchased training has been delivered virtually from Oracle to various PRT supported computers or through a subscription service that provides access to recorded training. The training should result in identifiable on-the-job performance enhancement and behavioral changes. It should be workshop oriented, emphasizing the demonstration and practice of techniques and skills, and focusing on the expressed needs of the participants in the class. At the conclusion of training there must be a method to determine if the required concepts and skills were adequately learned. Contractor must be an Oracle University Authorized Education Provider.
