Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Project Details Since this will be an on-call contract, specific assignments have not yet been determined, but will be made by Aviation when graphic design services are required. As an on-call contract, there is no minimum amount under the contract and it is possible that one or more of the successful respondents will not receive any work during the term of the annual contract. B. Services and Tangible Work Products 1. Assignments (products) will likely include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: a) Marketing brochures b) Layout maps of the PHL terminals c) Signs and banners, interior and exterior d) Backlit displays e) Graphic design applications for clothing, vehicles, signage and promotional items to be determined f) Advertisements g) Flyers h) Newsletters i) Annual Reports and other special publications. 2. Examples of Scope of Services a) Provide a cost estimate and projected schedule for each assignment. b) Submit two to three design concepts for all projects, as directed. The successful Respondent shall be prepared to submit draft designs by email, as directed by Aviation. c) Provide artwork for assignments and photography as needed. Aviation will usually provide copy, photos, charts and renderings for assignments. d) Provide final design for review and approval. e) Prepare electronic documents and materials for posting to the Airport web site www.phl.org by others. f) Closely coordinate with the City contracted successful Respondents for promotional items, signs and banners. g) Closely coordinate printing jobs with the Citys contracted printer including onsite review (color tones, clarity, etc.) and coordination. Provide all projects to printer on format as determined by printer and the Airport, (disk, email-able file such as .pdf, film, mechanical boards, etc.). Provide delivery of finished products at the direction of Aviation. h) Website design type services, assisting website designers, as graphics may be integrated into the www.phl.org website. Aviation in its sole discretion may choose not to accept the proposal presented. Where a proposal is accepted, the successful Respondent shall begin work immediately on an on-call basis upon receipt of Aviation formal approval. The successful Respondent(s) shall work diligently to complete the work in a timely manner.
