Anticipated projects requiring Construction Management and Construction Inspection include the following groups of projects: GROUP 1 (STRUCTURES): the construction, rehabilitation, or reconstruction of vehicular and pedestrian bridges, culverts, retaining walls and related structures. GROUP 2 (TRANSPORTATION): the construction, rehabilitation, or reconstruction of traffic signals, streets and roads, sidewalks, bump-outs, streetscapes, traffic calming measures, school zone safety improvements, street re-paving packages, street lighting, ADA ramps, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), railroad crossings, multi-modal facilities, traffic operations center facilities, multipurpose trails and bicycle facilities. GROUP 3 (PED, BIKE, & TRAILS): the construction, rehabilitation, or reconstruction of multi-purpose trails and bicycle facilities, multi-modal facilities, park roads/sidewalks/lighting, trail safety improvements, ADA ramps, and miscellaneous vision zero related improvements. GROUP 4 (GENERAL CONSTRUCTION): the construction, rehabilitation, or reconstruction of various structures, transportation, traffic, ADA, and/or trail facilities throughout the City of Philadelphia.
