Lancaster Area Sewer Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Nutrient Upgrades to the Blue Rock Water Resource Recovery Facility The Project includes the following Work: The Work generally consists of the construction of replacement Primary Clarifier & Gravity Thickener collectors and related ancillaries, new Aeration Basin, rehabilitation of the Existing Aeration Basin, new Chemical Building, new RAS WAS Pump Station, new Final Clarifier No. 4 and related ancillaries, new WAS Thickening Facilities, new Trucked Waste Receiving Facilities, construction of various new distribution and collection structures, new Electrical Building, new Effluent Flow Meter, related site/civil & demolition, plumbing and HVAC upgrades, and all associated electrical & instrumentation work.
