This contract is for unarmed security services for 13 hours per weekday and 10 hours per weekend day and federal holidays, except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year?s Day. Security services shall be provided at the Neville Island U.S. Army Corps of Engineers USACE Complex located at 3500 Grand Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15225-1584.The Complex is home to the Locks and Dams Branch, the Upper Ohio Area Office, the Water Quality Management Field Office, the Pittsburgh Engineer Warehouse and Repair Shops PEWARS, the District Logistics Agency, several Operations Division engineers, and the R3F Fleet. The Complex consists of approximately 19.5 acres of Government-owned property, including 14 buildings and 1,400 feet of dock frontage used to moor the fleet.
