Through the early campus planning process a variety of neighborhood concerns have been expressed on the potential impacts of the university presence such as parking, rental housing, traffic, noise and safety. The Neighborhood and University Relationships Project will identify those and other possible issues and outline an action plan for the City and ASU to effectively communicate and address impacts on the surrounding neighborhoods. The objective of this RFQ is the selection of a qualified consultant to conduct research on best practices, identify concerns of stakeholder groups, and provide the City and ASU with a recommendation on how to best communicate with the surrounding neighborhoods and what strategies could be implemented to mitigate any negative impacts.
