A. Phase One Data gathering, assessment and inventory of existing documents. PIDC estimates approximately 30,000 document files of which maybe 10% are CADD (*.dwg files). PIDC does not anticipate that the consultant will need to look through all 30,000 files at this stage in the project. The consultant will make a data request, and PIDC will garner the appropriate data files. B. Phase Two Digitizing and vectorizing the relevant data and mapping it into a GIS system/converting relevant CAD dwgs into georeferenced shape files and ultimately into a geodatabase deliverable. The National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) standards can be utilized to capture and populate the assets attribute tables as part of this project deliverable for PIDC to consider.
