Seeking Modular Home Finishing Work Proposals Redevelopment Authority of the County of Greene is seeking proposals for contractors to complete a foundation and finishing work for a modular home located in Clarksville, PA. This service may be funded in part by grant funding through the Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement (PHARE) Program administered by the County of Greene and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency(PHFA) and in part through local business contributions via the Neighborhood Assistance Program, administered by the County of Greene and the Department of Community and Economic Development(DCED). Proposals will be accepted from contractors with a current Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) License, insurance, and experience necessary to complete the finishing work for a modular home on a full basement.
