The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision required for Middletown Township Traffic Signal Upgrades as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. Modifications include but are not limited to integrating the existing interconnection system into the Districts Unified Command Control System (UCC), replacement of controller units with ATC units and Ethernet switches at six intersections, updating the clearance intervals at four intersections, installation of flashing yellow arrow in place of an existing 5- section signal head at one intersection, maintenance and protection of traffic; and all necessary appurtenant work materials required to complete the work indicated.
