The scope of work for the provision of virtual therapy services at Insight encompasses a comprehensive approach, beginning with the selection of students based on need through to continued data monitoring during their participation in services. This process entails the initial assessment and identification of students who may benefit from mental health support, utilizing established criteria and professional judgment to determine eligibility. Once selected, the identified students will be matched with appropriate, licensed virtual therapy resources tailored to their individual needs and preferences. Additionally, the provision of professional development for our staff regarding trauma-informed practices and mental health awareness is an expectation of the scope of work. This training will equip educators with the necessary skills and knowledge to recognize signs of distress, respond effectively to student needs, and create a supportive learning environment conducive to mental well-being. Throughout students’ engagement with the services, ongoing data monitoring and evaluation should be conducted to assess the effectiveness of interventions, track progress, and make informed adjustments as needed. This holistic approach ensures that the mental health needs of our students are consistently addressed and that interventions are responsive to their evolving circumstances.
