Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide comprehensive mental health services to clients involved with Luzerne County Children and Youth services. The vendor will provide mental health services to assist clients with improving their mental well-being so that they can become fully functioning participants in society. The vendor will also address the issues that led to the client’s involvement with Luzerne County Children and Youth Services. Mental Health Services are outcome-based services. Monthly reporting on number of participants, successful/unsuccessful involvement and reason for failures, as well as improved mental well-being and productivity/stability as a direct result of participation in the program offered is required.
