The description and location of the project are as follows: Bridge Lighting Replacement throughout the WATS and Northern Tier regions, reconstruct concrete blisters, sidewalk upgrade, and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 2066, Section 008, in Williamsport City, Lycoming County, from approximately 250 feet south of the Route 220 over pass to approximately 110 feet north at the intersection with Riverside Dr. in South Williamsport Borough and State Route 199 in Athens Township, Bradford County from approximately 0.2 miles west from the intersection with Tannery Rd at segment 0030 offset 000 to approximately 230 feet east of the intersection with S Main Street at segment 0040 offset 0000 and State Route 220 in Monroe Borough, Bradford County from 0.9 miles from the intersection with Brocktown Rd at segment 0260 offset 528 and W Packer Ave (SR 7409) Sayre Borough, Bradford County from approximately 197 west of the intersection with Chacona Ln to intersection with S Thomas St.
