Specifications include, but are not limited to: ARMDC will work with its parent organization, HACP, to plan the transformation of communities through various development activities. The selected firm will provide Master Developer Services to assist ARMDC in these revitalization efforts. This work will include the Master Planning of and new construction or rehabilitation of existing structures to create new housing opportunities, and the execution of at least the first full phase of the planned redevelopment or project. The selected firm(s) will be responsible for identifying and securing all funding from various sources including, but not limited to, LIHTC from PHFA and other public and private sources to supplement HACP's and ARMDC's financial investments for the first phase of the Project. The selected firm(s) will ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory requirements as it relates to funding and development activities. In addition, ARMDC may also consider HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program and HUD’s CNI program as part of the undertaking.
