Commonwealth University – Mansfield Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this Project consists of replacement of a portion of the campus stormwater conveyance system along Swan Street. Work shall include drainage, sidewalks, pavement improvements and all other work as shown on the contract documents. Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
