1.0 Council Rock School District will review all price solicitaƟons received by Thursday, October 23, 2025 on or before 2:00 PM prevailing Ɵme. Responses must be submiƩed in a sealed hard copy format only to Jessica Weiss, Purchasing Department, 30 N Chancellor Street, Newtown, PA 18940. Emailed bid submissions will not be considered. The district reserves the right to reject any and all quotes if it is in the best interest of the District. 2.0 The District will purchase the lowest responsible bid price and reserves the right to purchase equipment from mulƟple vendors. Bids without bid bonds will be deemed unresponsive. 3.0 The trucks with all packages must be received by June 30, 2026. 4.0 Equivalent models will be accepted, provided they meet or exceed the minimum requirements specified below. Model year 2025 or newer with under 1,000 miles.
