A floor plan must be submitted to provide for the following: An office divided into a minimum of eight (8) separate rooms consisting of a waiting room, one (1) administrative staff room with a work counter, a private office, conference room, courtroom with bench, two restrooms, one public-handicapped accessible and one private, and storage room with a total minimum floor space of 1900 square feet located on the ground floor of a single story building. The Magisterial District Judge will be available to review the floor plan before the bids are due. 8. Security features include a metal or solid glass with wire reinforcement door at the main entrance, entrance buzzer, solid core doors between the work area and the courtroom, a 3’ x 2’ pay window or two (2) pay windows of smaller size with appropriate restrictions to prevent ingress or egress installed between the waiting room and the administration’s work area.
