Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct interviews and indentify internal Strengths and Weaknesses of eachLOB· Conduct an industry landscape analysis and address competitive issues(Panama Canal expansion/clean truck programs) and industry trends (greeninitiatives/ other changes in the supply chain/shipping industry) that are unique toeach LOB· Identify a minimum of five top competitors in each LOB and key ingredients fortheir success, including but not limited to productivity, rail service and pricing,demographics, government policy and regulations, infrastructure and incentives· Identify, qualify and quantify any external Opportunities and Threats that areunique to each LOB· Provide a comprehensive review of the Port's OVERALL competitive positionbased on the findings of each LOB's SWOT analysis
