The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and services necessary to perform preventive maintenance and repair services for commercial kitchen equipment at Various PGW Locations. Work includes routine inspections, cleaning, adjustments, repairs, and emergency services for equipment listed; Upon request, Contractor shall be required to install and commission new or replacement equipment. This covers: Installation . Testing and start-up . Certification. Providing equipment and accessories . Contractor shall provide on-call repair services during normal business hours . (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM) and 24/7, as needs arise. . The contractor shall respond to service requests in accordance with the response times indicated in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Emergency service is required 24 hours a day - 7 days a week/365 days per year; as PGW’s needs arise.
